Defective Products

If you receive a defective product, we're committed to making it right:

• Returns for defective items are accepted within 14 days of receipt

• Provide your order number and a brief description of the defect, including photos

• Once approved, we'll provide return shipping instructions

• After we receive and verify the defective item, we'll issue a full refund to your original payment method or send a replacement product

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for products in their original condition:

• Exchanges are available within 14 days of receipt

• The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all accessories

• Contact our customer service team smokeshowpress@gmail.com to arrange an exchange

• Once approved, we'll process your exchange and ship the new item once we receive your return

Important Notes

• We do not accept returns for non-defective items

• Shipping costs for returns of defective items will be covered by us

• For exchanges, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless exchanging a defective item

• Processing time for refunds and exchanges is typically 5-7 business days after we receive your return
